He has a remarkable background working with and improving the operations of MSPs and software houses before a notable tenure of over six years at ServiceNow as a Senior Architect.

She possesses a profound expertise in ensuring that every product meets the highest standards, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and meticulous attention to detail. Before taking on her current role, Madhurima built a strong foundation in quality management, which has been instrumental in leading our QA strategies to success.

James Davis

Senior Principal & Team Lead

James has been an ITIL and ServiceNow consultant since 2016, working as technical lead delivering major projects and quick implementations cross-industry, from international banks and corporate firms, to blue light and health boards. Within POPX, he heads up our team of client-facing technical professionals. James is passionate about making technology an efficient tool for end users and relishes the opportunity to host agent experience day with clients across the country, where he witnesses how operators utilise the POPX platform and gains invaluable feedback to help us continually improve the customer experience.

Lucy Hughes

Head of Engagement

Lucy has been in the IT industry since 2014, beginning her career on an MSP IT Service Desk as an agent. Her career path spans many roles, including Service Desk and ITSM Manager, Service Governance Manager, Service Delivery Manager and now Principal Engagement Manager with POPX. Lucy has experienced first hand how a reliable and efficient platform is crucial for teams to succeed. She is passionate about helping customers achieve great success in the services they provide. As Head of Engagement at POPX, Lucy will always be on hand to listen, help and support our customers on their journey to excellence.

Stefan leads the POPX Serbia team with 10 years of experience as a front-end developer, and 8 years with ServiceNow technologies. Specialising in building high-quality portal interfaces, Stefan is focused on both design and performance. His role involves driving successful outcomes for client projects through expertise and leadership, ensuring the best user experiences.

Freya Milligan

Head of Support

Freya has dedicated 25 years to the IT industry, starting her journey as a Service Desk agent for an in-house product at a financial institution. Throughout her career, she has remained focused on support, progressing through various roles, including Service Desk Manager and currently Head of Support. Her extensive experience has honed her belief that excellent customer service is paramount. Freya emphasises that effective communication and visibility are essential for a successful support desk, ensuring that both customers and team members are well-informed and engaged.

With 20 years of experience in IT, primarily in infrastructure support roles, Wayne has developed a robust understanding of the complexities involved in maintaining and optimising IT systems. For the past seven years, he has focused on ServiceNow ITOM, where he has witnessed firsthand the significant benefits it provides to support teams. Wayne’s expertise enables him to leverage the platform’s capabilities, streamlining processes and enhancing operational efficiency to the benefit of POPX’s customers.
